The Jervis Arms is based in the centre of the village and is a friendly traditional village pub serving good food, cask ales, wines and beers. They have a large beer garden sited on the banks of the river Hamps. 

The Cottage Kitchen based on the A523 serves a range of meals and snacks and is under a mile away from the village. Otherwise, there are several pubs in surrounding villages as well as a vast choice of pubs and restaurants in Leek and Ashbourne.
